This makes me even more nervous just as a personal thing. I don't want to stay somewhere where you can't trust your landlords 100%. Our apartment was roach infested the first night upon moving in depsite claims that they sprayed every two weeks . They did spray a few times but it was definitely not consistent with the every two weeks we were told.

Long story short, you had better be perfect tenants if you choose to live here, but I will never recommend this place to anyone. The Redhawk plan is as beautiful as it is unique. This is a true 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms with a study and bonus room with upstairs. The spacious living area has a soaring cathedral ceiling and shares an open space with a chef’s kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, push button disposal, quartz countertops, single basin sink, and pantry.
I contacted one of the managers to ask for an exception to the 30 day rule. Considering we had been good tenants for almost 8 months at the time, I didn't think it was too much to ask to be heard out and given some consideration. After talking to them over the phone and being told that it was a firm rule, I started reading the contract and found that they had written the monthly lease amount incorrectly in the agreement. We had overpaid during 3 1/2 months of out tenancy.

Loved it because I have two large breed puppies. There was construction going on but I was under the impression it was just siding and painting and no one told me any differently.
